Seafood Tempura Don: A hearty tempura rice bowl featuring crispy tempura unagi, panko prawn, and sizzling vegetables, all served over a bed of fluffy rice. Finished with our special sauce for a perfect balance of crunch, flavour and umami richness. Each piece of unagi (deboned) is delicately battered and fried to golden perfection, maintaining its smoky flavour while adding a delightful crunch.
Tempura Unagi Nigiri: Traditional nigiri, featuring lightly battered and crispy tempura unagi on the top mashed avocado with special teriyaki sauce.
