Please be advised that our Christmas platters are not customisable.
All platter orders must be placed at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up date and time.
Changes or cancellations are not permitted within 24 hours of the pick-up date and time. Any cancellations made during this period will not be eligible for a refund.
To request a cancellation or modification outside the 24-hour, please contact the store where your order is scheduled for pick-up directly.
Ensure you select the correct pick-up location when placing your order. Orders placed for an incorrect store will not be refunded.
We prepare the Christmas platter according to your scheduled pick-up time, so if you arrive earlier than your scheduled time, it may not be ready for pick-up.
We cannot be held responsible for any damage to the products after they have been picked up.
